> Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to the greater San Antonio and Austin areas only. Our team handles all deliveries personally -- no freight carriers. San Antonio area deliveries are $10 and Austin area deliveries are $15. Wine Club members get free delivery on everything. Outside these areas? Email us at info@sanshonneurwine.com and we’ll work something out.
> Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no commitments. Pause or cancel from your account page at any time before your next billing date.
> Do I get to choose the wines?
We curate each month’s selection. That’s the fun -- discovering something new. If you want to pick specific bottles, our shop is always open.
> Does someone need to be home for delivery?
Yes. Texas law requires someone 21 or older to sign for wine deliveries. We’ll coordinate a delivery time that works for you.
> Do I pay sales tax on my subscription?
Yes, Texas sales tax applies to wine purchases. The tax rate is based on your delivery ZIP code and will be added at checkout.
